This is just a small sample of what's possible.

1. Batch Detail Report

Lists out every transaction in the batch, adding the details:

  • Campus
  • Event Name (if event)
  • Optional: Show Processing Fee
  • Optional: Show who "covered the fee"

2. Batch, Fees Box

Just like the Account Amount Totals box on the Batch page, but shows Fees

3. Batch Summary Report

Breaks out Totals in a Batch into further sections

  • Campus
  • Events, per Event
  • Optional: Show Fees

4. Batch Summary split by month

Splits batch totals by Account, Campus, Event and then by Month for Batches that span over two months (the end of the first month and the start of the second)

Used by churches who uses batches to book account entries, but need to know which totals go in which month

5. Batch Summary by Source

Breaks down a batch into totals by On-Site Collection, Website, Text To Give and Event Registration, Contribution categories

6. Batch Event Registrations

Shows all the event registration payments in a batch.

7. Event Registrations by month

Show payments collected for a month by Event Name Option: This can be modified for any unit of time-- Week, Year
