- Simple Donation imports all the donors + recurring giving into Rock as inactive
- Simple Donation adds a Migration Dashboard showing the status of donors migrating
- Simple Donation tees up templates for you to bulk send to donors to add their credit card
- You get alerts as donors update their cards
- You control the timing of when each donor is moved to the new payment gateway

- Move 95%+ of new donors to new system in a timely manner
- Allow the old system to process the remaining 5% for as long as it takes them to migrate
- 100% of recurring donations retained
In Detail
Step One, Import Donors Simple Donation creates records in Rock for a new Scheduled Transaction for each donor, but marks the Scheduled Transaction as inactive. Flipping it active will be the last step in the processs.

We Protect Your Billing Information.
All credit card transactions are processed using secure encryption -- the same level of encryption used by leading banks. Card and bank information is tokenized, transmitted, and processed securely on a PCI-Compliant network.
We do not transmit or store any card data in our system -- only tokens.
